Shipping Policy

• www.ramasrey.com endeavors to the best of our abilities to deliver your order with good quality packaging within given time frame. Extensive care is taken to package this product that ensures safe delivery to your shipping destination.
• The price displayed on the website is a special price which is inclusive of tax, cost of the packaging for the products being delivered to you and also in some cases delivery charges for certain pincodes. Additional Shipping charges if applicable are displayed on the cart and checkout page as per the shipping destination pincode entered by the customer.
• Shipment is delivered through reputed courier agencies and to the specific geographies serviced by them. We ship throughout the week during normal working hours except Sunday/Public holidays (which are excluded to prevent the lag in shipments).
• Delivery agency is engaged on behalf of the customer for providing delivery services hence M/S Ram Asrey sweets is not responsible for any misconduct or irregularity, if any, on his/her part.
• Your order will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
• Delivery to International locations are subject to custom clearance of destination country. Custom Inspection Charges as per the destination Government/Country’s law, will be borne by the consignee.
• Shipments addressed to residential societies/apartments/hostels/PGs will be delivered at the reception or society office only and not to specific consignee.
• Deliveries are made only at the address given, not to the particular consignee.
• The shipment delivery time depends on a number of factors like: weather, unforeseen events, traffic conditions and other special events. However, we our committed to complete the delivery as early as possible and keep you updated in case of any changes. We are not responsible for any delay caused by any unforeseen time lags by the courier companies in delivering the parcels to the customer, or if the customer is not available at the time of delivery.
• In case of any misdiscription of correct shipping address/ Pin code/ Zip code by the customer resulting in non-delivery or delay in delivery, M/S Ram Asrey sweets or the Courier agency can not be held responsible in any way and there shall be no entitlement for refund of any sort whatsoever.
• Please also note that the shipping rates for all items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full grams.

Indicative Delivery Schedule

Lucknow delivery: 1-2 days. We don’t guarantee same day delivery. Subject to availability of products.
