The dry fruits, jaggery, foxnut laddu [often called makhana laddu] is a traditional Indian sweet ball that serves as a healthy, energy snack. Unlike typical sweets laden with refined sugar, this variety relies on the natural sweetness of jaggery [gur] and the nutritional density of foxnuts [makhana] and dry fruits like cashews, almonds and raisins.
